These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and x1777 (hereinafter "x1777", "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our") in respect of your use of the online casino, sportsbook and associated services accessible at https://x1777.cam and any related subdomains or applications (collectively, "the Service").

By registering an account, accessing the Service, making a deposit, claiming a promotion or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, understand their content, and agree to be legally bound by them. • "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required under applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which operation of, or participation in, online gambling is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total cumulative bet amount that must be placed before Bonus Balance can be converted to Real Money Balance and withdrawn.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the currency of Pakistan. Where the Platform displays account balances in PKR, this is a display currency; actual settlement currency is as specified in the cashier.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a voluntary restriction requested by the Player that prevents access to the Account for a defined or indefinite period.

3.1 Age Requirement

Underage gambling is prohibited and any Account found to have been created by a person below the applicable minimum age will be closed immediately, all winnings forfeited and deposited funds returned after deducting applicable processing costs, subject to verification.

3.3 One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, IP address or payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. x1777 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, void associated wagers and forfeit any associated balances upon detection of duplicate account activity.

3.4 Account Ownership

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not allow any third party to access or operate your Account on your behalf. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, including any unauthorised access resulting from your failure to maintain password security.

4.1 Registration Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other fields marked as required. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms.

4.2 Identity Verification

x1777 is required to verify the identity of all Players. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents at any point during your relationship with the Platform:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., CNIC, passport, driver's licence)
• Proof of residential address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement dated within three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of the registered mobile wallet account name matching your registration details)
• Source of funds documentation in cases where large or unusual deposit patterns are observed

Withdrawals above platform-specified thresholds will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. x1777 reserves the right to suspend Account activity pending successful verification.

4.3 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. If you suspect your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify x1777 support immediately. x1777 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access where you failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Available deposit and withdrawal methods are displayed in the cashier section of your Account. These may include, but are not limited to, mobile wallets (such as Easypaisa and JazzCash), bank transfers (including via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah), Raast instant transfers and cryptocurrency options such as BTC and USDT. Method availability is subject to change without prior notice. x1777 does not claim endorsement by any payment provider; all payment provider names are referenced for informational context only.

5.2 Deposit Conditions

All funds deposited must originate from payment methods that are registered in your name and that you have lawful authority to use. x1777 does not accept deposits from third parties. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the cashier and may be amended at the Platform's discretion.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used to fund your Account, subject to the following conditions:

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Failure to comply with maximum bet restrictions while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

x1777 actively monitors bonus usage. The following constitute bonus abuse and may result in bonus forfeiture, Account restriction or closure:

• Systematically exploiting bonuses through low-risk or near-zero-variance wagering strategies solely to meet wagering requirements
• Claiming bonuses under multiple Accounts or in conjunction with other Players as part of a coordinated strategy
• Providing false or misleading information to qualify for a promotion

6.4 Changes to Promotions

x1777 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is modified after you have already opted in, the terms at the time of opt-in will generally continue to apply to that specific claim, unless an error or system malfunction is identified.

7.1 Acceptance of Wagers

x1777 reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. Wagers are not final until confirmed by the Platform's systems. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round or bet settlement, x1777's system records shall be the authoritative reference.

7.2 Sportsbook — Specific Rules

Sports betting markets — including cricket (PSL/T20, ICC tournaments, bilateral series), football, UFC and other events — are governed by the sportsbook rules applicable at the time of placement. Key provisions include:

• Odds displayed at the time of placement are the odds applied to the bet, except in cases of manifest error.
• Live betting odds may fluctuate up to the moment of acceptance; the confirmed odds shown on your bet receipt are binding.
• x1777 reserves the right to void markets in the event of event abandonment, postponement, or where information affecting odds becomes known prior to official settlement.
• Accumulator bets are voided in full if one or more legs are voided, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

7.3 Casino & Live Dealer

All casino games — including slots, table games and live dealer products — are provided by third-party software suppliers. The rules for each game are accessible within the game interface. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session results. x1777 does not manipulate game outcomes; results are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer mechanics as applicable.

7.4 Manifest Errors

In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect game rules, software malfunction or human error — x1777 reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes. x1777 shall not be liable for any losses arising from such errors beyond the return of the original stake.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities:

• Accessing the Service from a Restricted Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy or other circumvention method
• Collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to interact with the Platform
• Exploiting bugs, errors or glitches in the Platform's software knowingly and without reporting them
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile or tamper with any part of the Platform's technical infrastructure
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith after wagering deposited funds

9.1 Suspension by x1777

x1777 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; failure to complete KYC within a required timeframe; suspected fraud, collusion or money laundering; or where continuation of the Account poses regulatory, legal or reputational risk to the Platform.

9.2 Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting x1777 support. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure, subject to KYC clearance and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements, will be returned to you via your verified payment method. Bonus Balance is forfeited upon closure.

9.3 Inactive Accounts

An Account is considered inactive after a continuous period of 12 months without any login or wagering activity. x1777 may charge a monthly inactivity administration fee against the Account balance, as specified in the cashier, following written notification to the registered email address. Inactivity fees will not reduce a balance below zero.

• Any reliance placed by you on content, information or odds displayed on the Platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate due to technical error

x1777's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the net amount of Real Money Balance held in your Account at the time the claim arises. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

All content on the x1777 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software and interface designs — is the proprietary property of x1777 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
